1. How do I create an Employer Account on your site?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login”

Step 3: Click on the “Create a new account” link.

Step 4: Enter the information requested. Please note that the fields in red are required and information must be entered in these fields.

Step 5: Click on “Create Account”

Step 6: Once finished, you may “click here” to enter your user account

2. I forgot my Employer Account Password – what should I do to recover it?

Step 1. Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2. In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login:

Step 3. Click on the “Forgot your login and password?” link

Step 4. A “Pop-up” window will appear asking you to enter your E-mail address. (Please make sure your “pop-up” blocker is disabled, our site functions with “pop-up” information windows and to use our site properly you must allow “pop-ups”.

Step 5. Enter your E-mail address in the field and click on “Send Now”.

Step 6. Your User Name and Password will be E-mailed to the address provided. Please make sure you check your “junk mail” folder if you do not see the email within moments. You may also want to add info@WorkforceHRjobs.com to your safe-list to allow future E-mails to be sent.

3. How may I find your Advertising Rates?

Step 1: Click on or go to: www.workforcehrjobs.com

Step 2: Click on the “Employers & Recruiters” link in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 3: Click on the “Advertising Rates” link which appears in the upper left area just below “Employer Center”

Step 4: The PDF file with the rate card will open up.

4. How May I edit my Employer Account?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login” and enter your User Name and Password where provided.

Step 3: Click on the “Click Here” link to proceed to your Employer Account Manager.

Step 4: Click on the “edit User Account” link

Step 5: Enter the changes you wish to make in the fields provided. Please note all fields in Red are required and information must be entered in those fields.

Step 6: Click on the “Change” link to save the entered changes.

Step 7: You will receive a “User Information Saved Successfully” message.

Step 8: If you wish to edit your Company Information (for company moves, street address changes, etc.) you may do so by following the instructions provided above, but clicking on the “Edit Company Information” link from the Employer Account Manager page.

5. How may I view orders previously placed on your site?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login:

Step 3: Login to the site with the User Name and Password previously provided.

Step 4: Click on the “Click Here” to proceed to your Employer Account Manager.

Step 5: Click on the “Jobs Manager” link in the right column

Step 6: Locate the specific job you wish to view by Job Title, Date, or other information.

  1. To view the job, you would click on the “” icon.
  2. To make changes to the job, you would click on the “” icon
  3. To delete a job posting, you would click on the “” icon
  4. To copy a job posting so you may repost – you would click on the “” icon
  5. To view candidates who have applied to your job posting, click on the ““ icon.

6. How may reprint a confirmation?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 3: Click on the “Click Here” link to proceed to your Employer Account Manager.

Step 4: Click on the “Orders Manager” link in the left column

Step 5: Click on the “” icon to view the job posting you wish to print. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “print” icon.

7. How may I repost a previously ran ad?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login” and enter your User Name and Password where provided.

Step 3: Click on the “Click Here” link to proceed to your Employer Account Manager.

Step 4: Click on the “Jobs Manager” page

Step 5: Locate the specific job you wish to re-post and click the ““ icon.

Step 6: When the Pop-up box appears asking if you would like to clone the job, click “ok”.

Step 7: The exact information has been copied from your previous posting, to make any edits, you may do so in the fields.

Step 8: Click on “Save changes” at the bottom of the page.

Step 9: From here you may: Make more changes, Proceed to checkout or Save Job and Pay later.

8. How may I view the resumes I have received on a job posting?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login” and enter your User Name and Password where provided.

Step 3: Click on the “Click Here” link to proceed to your Employer Account Manager.

Step 4: Click on the “Jobs Manager” link

Step 5: Click on the ““ icon to view the resumes received from a specific posting.

Step 6: The Job Applicant screen will show all candidates who have applied to your job posting through the WorkforceHRjobs.com site.

Step 7: You may sort the columns with your up/down icons.

9. How may I set up my Pre-screening questions?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login” and enter your User Name and Password where provided.

Step 3: Click on the “Click Here” link to proceed to your Employer Account Manager.

Step 4: Click on the “edit User Account” link

Step 5: Click on the “Pre-screening Questions Manager” link in the right column

Step 6: Click on the “New Pre-screening Question” link.

Step 7: Enter the information in the fields in the Pop-up box. Note all fields in Red are required fields.

Step 8: Once you have added all your Pre-Screening questions, you may then create a new job

  1. To use the Job Applicant Questions, you must create a new job posting after you have added your Pre-screening questions. To do so please click on the “Post/Edit Jobs” link, then click on the “Create WorkforceHRjobs Job Posting link.
  2. Enter the information about your job posting then you will notice your “Job Applicant Questions” pre-populated. You may select up to five (5) Pre-screening Questions to each job posting at a time.
  3. Select the Pre-screening questions you wish to show on your job posting and when finished with the job posting entry, click on “create”.
  4. Proceed to checkout, once your ad is posted your applicants will be required to answer the Pre-screening questions you created.

10. How may I set up my automated email to applicants as they apply?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login” and enter your User Name and Password where provided.

Step 3: Click on the “Click Here” link to proceed to your Employer Account Manager.

Step 4: Click on the “Applicant Response Messages Manager” link in the right column

Step 5: Click on the “Create Applicant Response Message” link.

Step 6: Enter the information in the fields; please note the fields in red are required fields.

Step 7: Once you have finished entering your message, click on the “create” button.

Step 8: For future job postings you create, the message you typed will appear in a drop-down field for you to add to subsequent postings.

11. How may I post a job?

Step 1: Go to www.WorkforceHRjobs.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner, please click on “Employer Login” and enter your User Name and Password where provided.

Step 3: Click on the “Post/Edit Jobs” tab at the top section in Gray.

Step 4: To create a new job posting Click the “Create WorkforceHRjobs Job Posting” link

Step 5: Enter the information in the fields. Please note: fields in red are required.

Step 6: Once all information has been entered, please click on the “Create” button at the bottom right of the page.

Step 7: The information you entered is saved in the system.

  1. From here you may hold the ad and return at a later time to pay by clicking on the “Save Job & Pay later” link
  2. Make more changes by clicking on the “Make more changes link”
  3. If your job posting information appears correct, you may click on “Proceed to checkout”

Step 8: If the cost of your ad is under $ you will be required to pay with credit card to purchase your advertising. If the cost of your ad is over $ you may either pay with credit card or request to be invoiced for your ad.

Step 9: All orders paid for by credit card will be posted immediately to the website. Orders that you request an invoice will be posted no later than the next business day based on credit verification.
