Description:
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our fast paced Human Resources employment team. CBN is home to over 1000 employees who contribute their skills and talents in a wide-variety of industry-specific roles.
This position offers an experienced HR professional the opportunity to recruit for all levels of exempt and non-exempt positions and be responsible for coordinating all phases of the recruitment process utilizing both internal and external sources.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
• Recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Working knowledge of human resource laws, practices and procedures
• Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying and placing applicants in a variety of positions
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with all levels of management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft and HRIS tools
• Strong interviewing, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Desirable Qualifications:
• PHR certification
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
